Client F – 100,000 Sq-Ft Data Center Asset Disposition

This client bought a 100,000 square foot data center operation in the Bay Area from an operator who had only developed 20% of the interior build-out.  All of the flooring, grid, stanchions, caging, power equipment, CRAC units, cabling, Cisco and Juniper networking gear, HP and Sun servers, Fujitsu fiber transmission gear, ADC cable troughs, nuts, bolts, and screws had been purchased in anticipation of finishing the project and operating the facility.  These items were all new-in-the-box, but had been sitting around for several years.  The client sold the building without the assets, so ATNI was on a six-week schedule to audit, de-manufacture, market, and sell all the above-mentioned materials.  We got it done in (60) days, attaining top-dollar for the materials.
