Client H – Rack & Stack Assembly, Test, and Installation
|
ATNI has helped telecommunications service providers and public safety agencies enhance their emergency response capabilities. Our clients have federal contracts in place to provide equipment and services to police stations, fire stations and schools. Here’s the service we provide for them:
- ATNI and client jointly developed a 90 day “rack & stack” and installation forecast
- Two weeks prior to each site install:
- ATNI receives specific location info from client and ATNI makes team selection and travel arrangements
- ATNI receives a Bill of Material (BOM) detailing specific equipment requirements for that location
- ATNI creates a site schematic and rack profile
- ATNI builds out rack in our “clean room” based on the site schematic and ATNI standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Required materials are drawn from ATNI in-house supply
- Any non-warehoused materials are ordered and received
- Completed rack receives base software load
- Completed rack receives 48-hour test
- Rack is disassembled and packaged for shipping
- Rack is shipped to site
- Installation crew travels to site
- Rack is unpackaged, inventoried and re-assembled on-site following ATNI SOP
- Rack is installed - plug-and-play; circuit is tested end-to-end with customer – both according to ATNI SOP
- Crew performs a site clean-up and project lead conducts walk-through with local client contact
- Status report sent to customer with schematics, site photos and cable test results
